We collect: (1) account data — name, email, phone, encrypted password; (2) profile data — role, KYC status, agency; (3) activity data — listings, inquiries, tour requests, messages, concierge cases, verification records, payments; (4) usage data — pages visited, searches, device type, IP address, and analytics cookies.
Data is used to: operate and secure the marketplace; authenticate and manage accounts; process inquiries and responses; coordinate concierge services; run verification and fraud prevention workflows; perform analytics to improve the product; and meet legal compliance obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Relevant inquiry details may be shared with sellers, agents, concierge staff, legal partners, or payment providers only when necessary to complete a requested workflow. Technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics) access data under confidentiality agreements.

Records are retained while accounts are active or while legal obligations, moderation requirements, or active transaction support require them. Data no longer needed is deleted on a scheduled basis.
